We want you to glow with confidence, but if a product isn't the perfect fit for your skin, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the beauty products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
